Because of the brand-operating for six years, the Xiamen International Marathon Race has been awarded an honorary title of  “Golden Medal Sports Event” by IAAF, attracting the vision of numerous domestic and foreign brands, and has initiated the  intentions of support from many clothing corporations including international giants such as Nike & Adidas, as well as domestic famous brands like Li Ning & An Ta, which have been in contact with the marketing department of the organizing committee. Especially, the brand-supporting intention from 361-degrees & An Ta has been aroused in a state of competition. To ensure the trade and investment an atmosphere of friendship and rationality, the marketing department of the organizing committee has planned to determine the clothing sponsor of the Xiamen International Marathon Race in 2009 by tendering. It also has a plan to take the opportunity for propagation to promote marketing in other aspects.
